Questions
Straight answers
Is this a medical device or clinical decision support?
No. It is educational material that a licensed clinician chooses and gives to a patient. It does not diagnose, triage, recommend medication, or make treatment decisions, and it is labelled that way throughout.
Who owns the content and the artwork?
You get a licence to use the handouts we build for you. All underlying artwork and copy is original or licensed by us — we do not reuse third-party charts or images without rights, and we can document provenance for your legal team.
Where does the evidence come from?
Systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and randomized trials from the peer-reviewed literature. Each claim in a handout is graded for certainty and linked to its source. A licensed clinician reviews every record.
What does it cost?
Clinic packs: one free handout to start, then a flat setup fee plus a monthly per-clinic subscription that scales with providers. Custom visualization projects are quoted per brief. We’ll give you real numbers on the call.
Do you store patient data?
Not in the current version. Handouts are generic education; any patient identifier stays in your systems. If we add patient-specific features later, it will be under a signed data-processing agreement.
